Crafted with love in Puglia, Italy

Meraki Boutique Home is an independent small business that began its journey in the UK. Founded in 2020 by the couple Simone (on the left) and Virginija (on the right), our brand was born from a fun craft project during lockdown. Much to our surprise, that initial spark of creativity blossomed into a full-time passion that we absolutely LOVE.

After over three wonderful years of crafting in the UK, we have recently relocated to the enchanting landscapes of Italy. From now on, all orders will be shipped directly from Italy, infusing our handmade items with a sense of Italian artistry and charm.

At Meraki Boutique Home, we specialise in creating stylish and functional home décor that brings warmth and sophistication into your living spaces. Drawing inspiration from the Scandinavian hygge lifestyle, we seamlessly merge functionality and aesthetics to infuse elegance and cosiness into every home.

Each item in our curated selection is meticulously handcrafted by us, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. As a small two-person business, we pour our hearts into every creation, and we hope that you will cherish them as much as we do.

Our collections encompass decorative trays, candle holders, plant pots, vases, wall clocks, table lamps, jewellery holders, coasters, table décor, ornaments, and seasonal decorations.

We take pride in our bestseller, the oval tray, which was featured in the April 2022 issue of BBC Good Food Magazine as a must-have kitchen accessory.

Inspired by the Scandinavian "hygge" lifestyle

Our designs are inspired by Scandinavian hygge lifestyle, combining function and aesthetics. The Danish concept of hygge, refers to finding comfort, pleasure, and warmth in simple, soothing things such as a cosy atmosphere or the feeling of friendship.

Our Aim

At Meraki Boutique Home, we believe that our surrounding environment has a huge impact on our well-being and how we feel. Home is the place where we spend most of our daily time. It's the sanctuary we return to after long days at work. Therefore, we're committed to creating home décor that adds elegance and cosiness to any living space. Not every house might initially feel like 'home,' but our aim is to help you transform it into one - a place where you find comfort and inner balance.

One word that perfectly describes what we do is “Meraki”. It’s a beautiful Greek word that means doing something with soul, creativity, or love – when you put “something of yourself” into what you’re doing.

Quality
Our products are carefully crafted in small batches in our studio in Dorset , UK, using high quality materials. Each item is thoroughly checked to ensure it is of the highest quality and meets the product description.
Sustainability
Our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. We use recyclable and biodegradable packing materials, such as paper honeycomb wrap, paper
tape, recyclable boxes, natural biodegradable twine, and biodegradable loose fill that simply dissolves in water. Any plastic used in our packaging has been reused from other deliveries. We work with sustainable materials such as Jesmonite, an eco-friendly and more durable alternative to concrete. Jesmonite is an acrylic-based composite material that is water-based, solvent-free, and contains no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
