What are delivery charges? 

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and is calculated at checkout before you pay.

How long does the delivery take? 

Our processing time may differ. Please refer to the announcement header at the top of the website and estimated delivery times at checkout.

Our processing time for made-to-order items is 7-10 working days.

Sale items are ready to ship, and if your order consists solely of sale items, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Once dispatched, we expect UK orders to arrive within 1-2 (express shipping) or 2-4 (standard shipping) working days. Please be aware, that during the festive season some areas of the country may experience some delays. We are not responsible for any delay once dispatched and can only advise customers of the timescales given by the couriers.

If you need your order to arrive before a specific day, please contact us prior to ordering and leave an order note when placing an order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

Items arrived damaged, what shall I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send a replacement in case items arrive damaged if we are notified within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please take clear photographs (a minimum of 2) showing the damage to both the packaging and the items. These photos are essential as proof that the items were damaged in transit. Without them, we cannot guarantee a free replacement

The delivery address on my order is incorrect, what shall I do?

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during the order placement. We cannot take responsibility if the provided address is incorrect. If you realise that an incorrect address was entered, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to or messaging us on Instagram @meraki_boutique_home. Please note that no changes can be made after an order has been dispatched

What you use to package your items?

Our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. We use recyclable and biodegradable packing materials, such as paper honeycomb wrap, paper tape, recyclable boxes, natural biodegradable twine, and biodegradable loose fill that simply dissolves in water. Any plastic used in our packaging has been reused from other deliveries.



I changed my mind, can I return the items?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return unused items, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your original order to request a refund.

Conditions of return:

- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment. We recommend obtaining a certificate of posting from the delivery company to provide proof of postage.



Do you do custom and personalised orders?

We do accept custom orders in terms of item's colour variation. Please contact us with your enquiry before placing an order and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do sell wholesale. Please visit our Wholesale Enquiries page and fill out a form. We'll review your expression of interest and will respond as soon as we can.

Where to enter a discount code?

For mobile browser users, the discount code box will appear when you click on 'show order summary' at the top of the checkout page before proceeding with payment. For computer browser users, the discount code box is located on the right side of the checkout page.



What are your products made of?

Our products are crafted by us using materials such as concrete and Jesmonite. Jesmonite, also called eco concrete, is a durable and sustainable acrylic modified cementitious composite. What material is used to make a specific item is specified in the product description under each product.

How to care for your items?

Our products are sealed and splash proof. Although they are water-resistant, please make sure any excess water and liquids are always wiped off for better longevity of your items. Prolonged contact with liquids and waxes may lead to the material absorbing them, causing marks.

  • Avoid contact with sharp object to prevent scratches on a surface
  • Wipe with a soft soapy cloth or sponge
  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Not for use with food
  • Do not use as a cutting surface

Are your products water resistant?

Our products are sealed and splash proof. Although water resistant, please make sure any excess water is always wiped off for better longevity of your items. Concrete can still absorb liquids and waxes causing spots/marks.
