We strongly advise to choose Tracked 24 shipping to minimise delivery delay time due to postal strikes.
Latest posting dates for delivery in time before Christmas:
2nd Class and Tracked 48 by 12 December 2022.
1st Class and Tracked 24 by 16 December 2022.
Please note that after dispatch due to Royal Mail strikes delivery could take longer than usual. We're a two-person team and our lead time is 5-7 working days, but we're trying our best to make your orders as fast as we can and ship them sooner if possible.
We strongly advise to choose Tracked 24 shipping to minimise the delay time, as Royal Mail tries to deliver as many Tracked 24 parcels as possible during strike days. Even Tracked 48 could take longer than 48 hours to be delivered.
Orders placed after 5th December are not guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas.
We're very sorry for any inconvenience if your order has been / will be affected and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. We're doing the best we can to dispatch orders in time, but delivery is out of our control once it’s been shipped. Also, as we're receiving high volumes of orders and requests, we're able to supply only a limited number of items, therefore some of the items and colour variations could be out of stock.
